Custom & Celebration Cakes
48 hrs notice
Custom cakes require a minimum of 48 hours' notice. Wedding cakes require at least 3 weeks.
Same-day delivery is available Monday–Saturday only. Orders placed on Sunday are delivered the following Monday. During peak periods (Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day) cut-off times may be earlier — check the banner on our homepage for live updates.

How Collection Works
Select "Collection" at checkout — no delivery charge applies.
Choose your preferred collection date and time window.
You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is ready.
Bring your order number or confirmation email when you collect.
Orders held for up to 24 hours after your chosen slot.
If You're Not Home
We call ahead
Our driver will call the number on your order 15–20 minutes before arrival.
Safe place or neighbour
If you've specified a safe place or trusted neighbour at checkout, we'll leave it there and send a photo confirmation.
One free re-delivery
If no one is available and no safe place was specified, we'll attempt re-delivery the next available day at no extra charge.
Second failed attempt
A second failed delivery incurs a £5.95 re-delivery fee. Perishable items cannot be held beyond 24 hours.
